A jacketed glass reactor has multiple layers that give users the ability to control temperatures. Starting with a single jacketed glass reactor, which has one additional layer of glass, allows users to create a broad temperature range. Perfect for users who only need to keep something “warm” or “cold” rather than maintaining a constant, precise temperature. While a double jacketed reactor has two additional layers, with the outermost layer a vacuum insulated jacket. This extra layer keeps the reactor insulated and better controls precise temperatures.
