100 Liter Filter Reactor

Goldleaf Glass Filter Reactor Systems are made with the ideal chemical resistant borosilicate glassware and ptfe seals for a wide range of applications. Engineered for a user friendly and efficient performance with a sturdy, easy to assemble stainless steel frame and digital stir controller for precise RPM's. 

Filter reactors come with a filter plate to hold filter paper for desired micron size. Choose your type of filter and always have a clean sheet for every process. 

Single and Double Jacketed Filter Reactors can be used with a recirculating heater or chiller to create a temperature controlled environment. Easily connect to any equipment that fits your needs. Double jacketed reactors have an extra layer of vacuum insulation to prevent energy loss along with fogging and condensation.

-Air Powered Motor (click for more info) operates via external air compressor so there are no electronics on the reactor skid

-Explosion Proof C1D2 Kit (click for more info) includes a sealed, C1D2 rated electric stirrer and control panel. Certified and safe for use with flammable solvents

Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Frame with Lifting Capabilities for easy collection and cleaning.

 

High quality borosilicate glass for a strong body that is chemically compatible with most solvents. Heavy duty, thick wall glassware can handle freezing to hot temperatures.

 

PTFE Filter Plate. Choose your micron level of filtration using a filter plate with a tight seal preventing any pass through. Ptfe wetted material is chemically inert and safe to use with most volatile substances.

 

Your choice of ancillary equipment to fully customize your setup. Choose the glassware you want on top of the reactor for measuring, feeding, distilling, collecting, and more.  

 

High torque stirring motor can handle any solution no matter how thick or viscous.

 

Additional sensors and data collection equipment available to create precise and consistent working conditions every time.
