Set and observe your homogenizer-mixer speed with the Goldleaf Scientific X1000D homogenizer drive unit fitted with a digital LCD speed display.  General purpose 1000 watt unit with electronically stabilized speed control, 4,000 to 33,000rpm for volumes of 0.2ml (T6 dispersing shaft) to 2 litres (T/G30 dispersing shafts). Complete your setup with a rotor and stator wrenches and a compatible mounting stand and bracket that allow researchers to precisely position the rotor-stator assembly in sample containers. Another option is coupling the X1000D drive motor to the AX60 analytical mill to reduce hard substances to powders suitable for further analysis.

As with all Goldleaf Scientific homogenizer mixers, we agree to either repair or replace defects in materials or workmanship which develop within 24 months of delivery to the original user. We do offer repairs and refurbishments for units no longer cover under warranty. 

The drive, by default, does not include any shafts which should be selected separately based on your material viscosity and volume. See our shaft selection guide below. Rotor and stator wrenches are required for shaft disassembly.

T = shaft with PTFE stock: This shaft type is for standard applications (for liquid media such as water, oil, etc.) suitable . Dry running is not permitted.

G = shaft with mechanical seal. This type of shaft is very suitable for aggressive or abrasive media when pressure is built up (e.g. with viscous or foaming media) or when solids are to be crushed.

Goldleaf Scientific is the only company to supply these homogenizers with the correct parts and instructions for homogenizing distillate and terpenes. Do not follow advice or instructions from other sellers or manufactures as this may void warranty.
