Our HBP - High Boiling Point Rotary Evaporator Package is everything you need in a single turnkey kit for evaporating and recovering your high boiling point materials such as water, terpenes, heptane, DMSO, n-butanol, or any liquid with a vapor pressure lower than 5.95 kPa (at 20 °C).

Package includes:

-Chiller for condensing vapors when the heating bath is higher than 60°C.

-Vacuum pump is a chemical resistant dry scroll pump and set for high pumping speeds and deep vacuum.

-Vacuum controller is also included for seamless operation.

-Rotary evaporator has a single condenser and a cold trap. The main condenser works to condense liquids without freezing whereas the cold trap is meant for freezing residual vapor and preserving the vacuum pump.

-Heating bath is compatible with high temperature heat transfer fluids which is included with the kit. These kits also include all the accessories needed to start running right away such as tubing, fluids, connectors, etc.

Does not include cold trap chiller. Use dry ice or see immersion chillers here

This kit is great for foods, or plant extracts which need to have water or terpenes removed and can be much quicker and more cost efficient than a freeze dryer or vacuum oven.
